Note: June personally visited this facility. It is an older property, but clean. The basic room has two double beds. The room visited was a non-smoking with no stale smells. It had a small refrigerator and the drawers and bathroom were clean. There is a small swimming pool available. Phoenix is putting in a light rail system and the construction is in front of this property for about ¾ of a mile, which could result in some delays even on the weekend. Daily coffee service is available in the lobby.
